This course is designed for Physicians, Dentists, Nurses, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. You must be licensed in the State of Texas or hold a compact license that includes the State of Texas in order to participate in the Hands-On Skills Lab. Observational spots are available.

All applications are submitted online through our online application page.

Once we receive your application, someone will reach out to you to begin the registration process, provide more details on the course, and discuss payment options. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation at this time.  Please note that your spot in the course is not secured until payment has been confirmed.

The Full Basics Course is priced at $8,500, while the 3 Individual Courses are $2,500, $5,000, or $1,000.

For more details on each course, please see our Courses Page.

Intermediate and Advanced course prices will be announced at a later date.

In most cases, we will provide course participants with all of the required FDA approved injectable products and patient models. If you intend on bringing your own models, please let us know.

Each course level requires a different amount of prior experience from participants and also covers different injection sites for neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Our basics course is intended for beginners, the intermediate course requires a minimum of 6 months – 1 year of prior consistent experience, and the advanced level course requires at least 1 year of prior consistent aesthetic injectable experience.

Due to the high demand and the limited number of seats for our hands-on courses, classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes fill well in advance, so it is advised to register as soon as possible. We cannot reserve space in this program without receipt of registration packet and payment. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment. If you have not received a confirmation within a few days, please contact us. Our corporate office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.

Your registration is not finalized until you receive a confirmation from our staff. Confirmations are generally sent to the email address you provide on your application form. Due to the limited space available in each course, we are unable to accommodate unregistered participants on the day of training.

Please note: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to admissions@itsasecretacademy.com.

For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date, a refund will be given, minus a $150.00 administrative/processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date will not be qualified for a refund. If we are able to find a “replacement participant”, then we will gladly switch your course fee to another applicable training date without penalty. However, if a replacement cannot be found, then you will not be refunded. Due to this policy, weather related cancellations are also considered “no shows” if the course is still conducted.

As we do require a minimum number of registrants per each class, if we do not meet this minimum (14 days prior to the training), or for any other reason need to cancel or postpone the course, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note IAS Academy is not responsible for deposits to hotels, fees associated with necessary airline changes, or non-refundable airline tickets.

In order to provide the most individualized instruction possible, IAS maintains a 5:1 student-teacher ratio in all of our courses. In our group training sessions, there are typically 3-5 attendees, however we will occasionally have up to 10 students in a training course. When there are more than 5 in attendance, we will provide a second instructor to assist with the hands-on portion of the training.

All IAS Academy courses are held within our training facility at 104 Decker Ct, Ste 200, Irving TX 75062.

All students will be provided with FDA approved products to use during training. This is included in the course registration pricing.

A patient model is necessary for the hands-on portion of training. You may being your own model, or we can provide them for you. Be sure to indicate during the registration process if you will be bringing your own model.

IAS Academy offers training on a variety of both Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal fillers and also Non-HA dermal fillers. HA fillers covered include Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Juvederm Voluma, Juvederm Volbella, Juvederm Vollure, Restylane, Restylane Silk, Restylane Lyft (formerly known as Perlane), Restylane Defyne, Restylane Refyne, Restylane Silk, and Restylane Kysse. Non-HA fillers include Radiesse and Sculptra.

We do not allow LPNs or estheticians to attend our course due to state regulations.

Each non-independent practitioner (i.e. RN, PA, in some instances NP, etc.) attending an IAS training will need to have a supervising physician sign an authorization form in order to be able to inject a model during the hands-on portion of the course. The physician who signs this form does not need to be someone in the aesthetics industry specifically, but will need to be a physician (MD or DO) who is legally permitted to act as your supervising authority under their current license. This form will in no way apply to the status of any previous, current, or future employment under this physician, but by signing this form, the physician is essentially agreeing to take liability for you on the day of the training itself. The physician authorization form can be found in the link below. This link will also be sent to you via email once you have begun the registration process.

If you are not currently licensed as a physician, but are considered to be a fully independent practitioner in your state of licensure, then you will not be required to have a physician sign for you. In those instances, we ask that you sign the required form yourself.
If you are a non-independent practitioner and are unable to submit a physician authorization form, then you may still attend IAS training as an observer. However in order to be able to inject a model yourself, you will be required to have a signed authorization form.
